Steve Kotzer - eMail Steve
Steve is co-owner of Litchfield Building Center with Dennis Gartner. He was born and raised in Litchfield, MN and has spent his entire life here. Steve has been in the lumber yard business for approximately 10 years. He enjoys spending time with his wife Amy and two sons Dylan and Drew along with sport activities and playing cards with his friends. Steve does sales and estimating for Litchfield Building Center along with day to day operations with his partner Dennis. One of Steve's main focuses is customer service.

Chad Shoultz - eMail Chad
Chad has worked at Litchfield Building Center since May of 2004. Chad started out working in the yard delivering and running the boom truck. In June of 2006 he moved inside and works the front counter as well as hardware and paint sales. Chad enjoys spending time with his wife Stacy and daughter Madison and loves to hunt and fish. Glendon Caron - eMail Glendon
Glendon has been with LBC since the beginning. The five year plan was that Glendon would run the yard with three salesmen inside, thanks to great customers like you that lasted three weeks. Glendon now works the counter helping Chad with hardware while also concentrating more on outside sales. Glendon enjoys watching his 18 month old daughter grow up quickly while also spending time on the Litchfield Fire Department. |

Randy Werner - eMail Randy
Randy has worked as an estimator for Litchfield Building Center for the past two years. He grew up in Darwin Minnesota area and started working in the construction industry after graduating from high school and continued as a carpenter and builder for 31 years. He is married to wife Carol and has two sons and two grandchildren. His hobbies are hunting and working in his shop. |

Michelle Larson - eMail Michelle
Michelle has worked as the bookkeeper at Litchfield Building center since August 2005. She grew up in Litchfield and after graduation she went on to college to receive an accounting degree. Michelle lives in Litchfield with her husband, Jeremy and two daughters, Ali and Madison. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family and watching her girls in their sports and activities. |

Justin Wendroth - eMail Justin
Justin has been the draftsman/designer at Litchfield Building Center since its doors opened. Prior to this, he worked in the same position at another lumber company. He attended Dunwoody Institute in Minneapolis, Minnesota where he earned his associate's degree in drafting and architectural design. Justin has studied architecture and construction techniques since his years growing up in Eden Valley Minnesota. He enjoys spending as much time as possible with his new wife Kari and relaxing with good friends. It is Justin's goal to understand his customer's wants and needs, and try to exceed them. |

Dennis Gartner - eMail Dennis
Dennis is co-owner of Litchfield Building Center with Steve Kotzer. He grew up near Park Rapids, Minnesota on a family dairy farm. Dennis has a long history in the sawmill and building material industry starting at a mill near his hometown. He has a wife and two children and stays involved in the community whenever possible. Dennis does purchasing and sales for Litchfield Building Center and truly does believe in "Building on Small Town Pride". |
